How to Verify your payment card on the My T-Tag app

For your protection, we have implemented a verification process on the My T-Tag app and web platform to avoid fraudulent use of your payment cards.

As part of this process, a small amount will be charged to your debit/credit card, and you will be asked to enter the exact amount deducted from your card.

Step #1: Registration

  •     Click on the button “Register New Card” option from the menu Profile > Card Info > Register / Verify Cards.
  •     Select the Currency in which the small amount is to be deducted.
  • If you wish, select the option to SAVE this card for future transactions.

Step #2: Complete Verification

  •     Upon successful completion of Step#1, you will need to complete the verification process.
  •     Click “Verify” for the card number listed under the same menu Profile > Card Info > Register / Verify Cards.
  •     It will ask you to enter the exact small amount deducted during the registration process. NOTE: To know the exact amount deducted:
    • Check for an SMS from your financial institution, or
    • Check your financial institution’s online platform, or
    • Call your financial institution
  •     Enter the exact amount deducted to verify your card on the popup text box and complete the verification.
